Industrial Painters
Currently, we are looking for Industrial Painters with 1 - 3 years experience. Must have experience with multi-component coatings. Car painting experience a plus.
Prep/Maskers
Previous masking experience preferred, but willing to train.
Plater
Looking for an individual with experience in running a Chromate or Anodizing plating line. The positions requires standing and lifting for most of the work day.
Plastic Media / Sand Blaster
Looking for someone with 1 - 3 years blasting experience. This position requires standing and lifting for most of the work day.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability an individual must possess.
Language skills: Ability to read or be trained to interpret general and technical manuals, procedures, and blueprints. Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. The ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only a limited standardization exists.
Physical demands: The physical demands described below are representative of those an individual must meet in order to perform the essential duties of most shop positions at Klinge.
Will stand for several hours each shift. Some duties may require a limited amount of time outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Will be required to lift 40 pounds. Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, cleaning solvents and other hazardous and non-hazardous material.
